Quality and safety are our top priorities at Paulmann. We offer a 12-year product performance warranty (subject to product type) for all purchases from our Hong Kong store. Products purchased from other countries or regions are excluded.
Exclusions:
- Batteries and replaceable lamps
- Damage from overvoltage (e.g., lightning strikes)
- Damage caused by force majeure
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function (e.g., scratches, dents, bumps, paint or decorative damages)
- Natural reductions in luminosity and changes in light color during operation (these are normal and represent the state of the art)
- Failures of electronic components or LED modules within the nominal failure rate of 0.2% per 1,000 operating hours
